Power of now/no mind
Yogis been telling us the world is illusion, and time does not exists, now even physicist are sharing the same ideas about life. They explain the idea of time by stating that the reason we feel time is because everything is changing around us including our body the mind, it is llke exiting the earth where universe is always dark and nothing is changing people can get to experience power of now or no mind experience. Hindus been calling it Satori, where you get the glimpse of now through a small window, an Experince that can benefit you if you are experienced meditator. So I suggest this Technology to seasoned mediators, or spiritual practicers.
Tired of meditating
The days are gone when there were lots of guru to guide the disciples around, these days there not many real masters are around and the individual tries to learn through books and tapes and world wide web. But books have words that lacks the experience, we know where and how to go but do not know what it feels like to be there. We have heard the beautiful words about it. Jesus calls his kingdom of god, Buddha calls it Sama samadhi right state of Meditation). In the old days masters through initiation used to give the taste of Mediation or satori. If that is given to a person enough as much as he can deal with it can take the tiredness out of the Practice. It reminds me of a bamboo tree in Japan mentioned in Zen parables, it describes of a bamboo tree, which in the beginning brown few centimeters in months and years and after reaching at certain heights it grows in centimeters a day. Same goes with the meditation practice.
Patterns in life repeating..
It means you are not learning from them, you get a job and loose it to find yourself in the same situation, or attract similar kind of relationship, that end in similar pattern, or emotional pattern whatever is it, if patterns in our life are repeating, we are not unlearning something from them that we have learnt about the life through them.
Prayer vs meditation,
is prayer a part of meditation, or a technique of meditation. That is a difficult question to answer, perhaps meditation and prayer are different stages, different name for the same stage. Whatever, it is we need to find out for ourselves through a experience so that we are sure that knowledge receive is really similar to information provided.
Meet your different parts of mind...
That is conscious I call it ground floor, unconscious which is Basement and superconscious is the first floor. We usually only use our conscious mind which is very small part of mind, or unconscious in our sleep which is 9 times bigger than our conscious mind. Superconcious or collective conscious mind is described as part of our mind which is evaporated and became a cloud, we hardly use super-conscious side our mind, primarily as we are not aware about it and also because we have not exhausted our unconscious mind as yet which keeps us on the either basement or on the first floor, learn to switch between unconscious, conscious and superconcious sides of your mind. In alpha state of mind we can access our beings different layers. Integration.
