So kick tmhe habit of fear, So what do do about this fear, the fear which is our heritage from our forefathers, who did not have much comforts of life that we have now, who were hunting in the open living in open in difficult surroundings, harsh weather. So there mind created the reactions that we are Following unconsciously. Somewhere we know we are surrounded by the unnecessary or excess fear but we do not have any idea how t,o deal with it so we throw it back in the basement what we call it Our unconscious mind. Anger Mis-Management.
Anger is an energy and there no way we can manage it, but we can undersatand it, Anger is energy in movement, this emotion is so hurting that we want to get back to the person who made us angry, we make everybody responsible for our anger except ourselves. I came across two kinds of anger, sad- angry, angry-angry, in sad- angry the anger is not moving and it hurting our gut and chest, because it lacks that movement, free flowing.
Angry- angry- here the anger is moving more, active, wants to get back to the person who caused it, this anger could be healthier if medium knows how to not
Guilt is the sticking point.
What do I mean by that, we think if we feel guilt after doing something we do not like, we can avoid repeating the behavior. But if you look closely guilt is a emotion causes us or gives us freedom to repeat the behavior instead of not repeating it. Experiment, next time when you feel anger and you are conditioned, trained to look at anger negatively, and guilt comes, try to break the habit of feeling guilt rather than trying to change the anger. And see what happens...

Emotional Detox
We carry so many emotions, memories in our unconscious, suppressed by us, especially at childhood. Also on top of it there are so many new things in our new world that our ethereal body has to go with, like cellphones, wifi at home they add more stress to our loaded emotional system. Trapped
