IQ vs EQ 

We Intelligence quotient, Emotional Quotient, I believe now days EQ is more important than IQ, only if we are able to manage our emotions that we can able to manage our IQ. On top of it we are not provided and training to improve on our EQ skills. We have schools to improve on our IQ but nothing to improve on our EQ. Except life there is no schools for Emotional Quotient. Mediation starts with Thoughts and goes deeper to our feelings. More you meditate more you will realize, feelings are more of a center than our thoughts, the reason we do not know this secret because we stay closer to our head than our heart. As you understanding grows deeper about EQ you have more control over your thoughts, that we usually do not have. Try not thinking and mind will think more.

   We know through books that our left side of our mind controls the right side of our body and right controls the left side of our body. They even have different functions, left is analytical, right is intuitive. Right is visionary, left is detailed oriented. Left is masculine, right is feminine. So, if you want to experience them one at a time, I can help you. This process helps in integration of left and right side of brain which can leads to calmness, fewer voices in the head and makes decision making process faster as our mind is not running haywire.


DreamWorks....
  We all have plans, desires, dreams they are foggy and fuzzy. They promise satisfaction and happiness, but for some reason we cannot see them clearly, since they are not clear we cannot act on them. By reaching higher state of consciousness we can increase our awareness and get in touch with our desires dreams more clearly, clarity can help in acting accordingly or not acting at all. It makes us more proactive. It is sort of dream analysis but a second person is not doing it, it is done by you in meditative state. So you will understand it more easily and totally


Being yourself...
  Lots of self book asks us to being ourselves, but fails to explain what is being ourselves, may be because ever body is so different and everyone is living in different situation. And need to learn it by themselves to be oneself. It also experiential, almost watching ourselves naked in the mirror. Can it be possible to be ourselves all the time when world asks us to be hypocrite, we compromise at all the levels and all the time, and we know that is the one of the biggest reason for being unhappy that is not able to express ourselves fully. It does require lots of courage in the beginning, but surely brings fruitful results later. At least, if you know the difference when your are being yourself and not being yourself would bring light and some control over our life and than we can play around a bit in our daily lives. Knowing who we are at least in meditative state can allow us to unburden lots of conditioning and programming.
